WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

We serve Huntington Beach and the surrounding area within a 10 mile radius. Not sure if you're in our service area? Contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

WHAT TYPE OF VISIT DO I NEED?

Our standard visit is a 60-minute visit that is good for up to 4 cats.

Households with more than 4 cats will be subject to an additional fee based on the number of animals.

If your cat has special needs, we offer an extended visit that lasts up to 4 Hours.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY VISIT?

We currently offer a morning visit, (which are performed between 6 and 10am), an evening visit, (which are performed between 4 and 7pm), and an anytime visit. Due to the mobile nature of cat sitting, our drop in visits will be grouped by location for the sitters convenience. If you have any concerns about the timing of your visit we encourage you to reach out to discuss it with us.

CAN YOU GROOM MY CAT?

We do not currently offer grooming services, but can provide basic brushing/combing as tolerated by your cat, if time allows.

CAN YOU STAY OVERNIGHT WITH MY CAT?

We do not currently offer overnight visits.

CAN MY CAT STAY WITH YOU?

We do not offer boarding, but are happy to refer you to local cat hotels.

CAN YOU GIVE MY CAT IT'S MEDICATION?

Yes! We are experienced with different types of medication administration (oral, topical, inhaled, and ear/eye drops, as well as subcutaneous injection) and are happy to administer medication as tolerated by your cat.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE A CAT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS?

Yes! We have worked with cats with many types of special needs including fearful/shy cats, cats with anxiety, amputees, cats with chronic illness such as asthma, and foster kitten litters, as well as insulin dependent diabetes.

MY SITTER IS UNAVAILABLE CERTAIN DAYS, CAN YOU FILL IN?

We are available to care for your cat during your entire trip. We believe that creating an ongoing relationship with the family and providing consistent care are what is best for your cat.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Payment is processed through Stripe via your Time to Pet Portal and will be automatically processed three (3) days before the beginning of your reservation.

What about Holidays?

We provide service 365 days a year, but holiday time frames do have a 20% surcharge.
